目前主要科学研究领域和兴趣:

作为不可再生的生殖资源,原始卵泡库在形成之初即决定了雌性哺乳动物一生的生育力。原始卵泡形成过少或过度耗竭会引起卵巢早衰等严重的卵巢疾病。在进化上高度保守的合胞体(Germline Cyst)结构对原始卵泡的形成是必需的,合胞体内滋养细胞将细胞器传递至卵母细胞,形成巴尔比亚尼小体(Balbiani body),促进卵母细胞的分化及原始卵泡形成。本课题组将聚焦以下研究方向和科学问题,力图阐明原始卵泡形成及发育的具体分子机制:


1)探索合胞体内细胞器定向传递以及卵母细胞命运决定的分子机制;

2)研究原始卵泡内Balbiani body的高分辨率全景图像,揭示其分子构成和生物学功能;

3)研究卵母细胞内RNA分子在各区域的精细分布、构象及组织规律;

4)研究长期进化过程中两波原始卵泡的发育规律及其生物学意义。
